In this video, Rina joins Brian on a culinary adventure to taste Hongare ramen at "Gyorai" in Kasuga, Bunkyo-ku. The broth is actually prepared using a siphon, much like the technique used for straining coffee.
The unique base couples well with the toppings of pork and green onions, and it’s all capped off with a whole egg. Delicious!
