Even if you have been to Korea, you should visit Tsuruhashi Koreatown. 

It's the epitome of Korean traditional culture condensed into one district, from food to clothes. 

This place probably has higher Kimchi density (Kimchi per square meter) than Korea does. 

Yet in some ways, it still is uniquely Japanese, perhaps it is the language, or the people who knows?
