Kujukushima (translated as "99 Islands") National Park lies just off the coast of Sasebo in Nagasaki Prefecture. While the term "kujuku" can also mean vast or uncountable, there are actually 208 islands in the clear waters here. From thickly forested islets to rocky outcrops protruding from the sea, a cruise in this national park is a particularly picturesque experience.
