When it was built in 1989, Cosmo Clock 21 was the tallest Ferris wheel in the world, and it is still the world's biggest clock. It is also a relaxing way to enjoy wonderful views of Yokohama's harbor and modern waterfront architecture. If you plan to take the fifteen minute trip just as night falls, you can watch the city lights come on as the last of the daylight fades from the sky.
