函馆大沼冰雪节是一项年度盛会，时间为每年二月的第一个周末（2016 年 2 月 6-7 日）。冰雪节于函馆市外的大沼国定公园举办，届时在冰冻的湖边有约六十座雪雕，类似札幌所展示的那样，以供观赏。冰雪节的一个重要特色就是用湖水所建造的巨型冰雕滑梯，游客可以一跃而下 - 无需雪橇！在这两天的盛会中你可以观赏冰雕并体验到各种冬季相关的游戏和活动。
