There is a beautiful Japanese Garden in the center of the three Prince Hotels in Shinagawa. When I stayed at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa, one of the three hotels, at the end of 2014, I explored the lit-up garden at night on the way to and from the Japanese restaurant located inside another of the three hotels, Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo. This garden connects the three hotels, and it can be seen from all three of them by day and night. Although it was mid winter and cold outside, the gorgeous garden illuminated by red, green and white lights was so beautiful. Don't miss it if you are in the neighborhood!
