If you'd like to try ramen types from all across Japan in the one spot, the Nagoya Ramen Festival is a great event to check out. The 2024 event is set to run in three sessions, with different ramen varieties available during each period.
The session dates for 2025 are as follows:
- January 28 until February 2
- February 4 until February 9
- February 11 until February 16
The lineup of participating ramen vendors can be found on the official event website, with choices such as Sapporo miso ramen, Osaka beef ramen, and rich tonkotsu ramen from Kagoshima just a few of the options available.
